For auction a 3 piece pine dinning room set.Hutch 48" x 74 1/2" x 20"Cabinet: 48" x 32" x 18"Drop-side 42"-75" x 31" x 21" These are a 3-piece matching set of Pine furniture. They are well built and look nice, provide great functionality and practical size.All three are in great used condition, except for the cabinet 48x32x18 which has many scratches to the front. I think the people I bought this furniture from had a cat that must have slept on top or something because it looks just like a cat kept jumping up the cabinet. There are no "deep" scratches but there are marks on the one piece.Yes, I bought these used and had them in my dining room for approx. one year.Raised panel doors, drawer on the hutch and shelves inside.This auction is for local pickup ONLY and the items are located in New Canaan, CT.Winner buyer will have to bring a pick-up or large van and at a person to help load the items into the truck.These three pieces are decent looking and will make a practical first dining room set or a second room furnishing.Thanks for looking.
