Turn your Futon Cushion frequently. Flip it upside down & end-to-end at least every 60 days. 2. It is normal for the filling materials to level & flatten out with use. They are designed to conform to body impressions & therefore not considered a structural defect. To fluff you Futon Cushion, drop it several times on a hard surface. 3. To prevent mildew & stale odors, do not use or store your Futon Cushion on a solid surface such as a vinyl floor or plywood. Provide it with adequate ventilation & support. Your Futon Cushion is designed to be placed on an appropriately sized frame. 4. Do not get your Futon Cushion wet! When using your Futon Cushion as a sofa, we recommend a separate futon cover to guard against soil, spills, & moisture. Use a mattress pad & sheets for protection when using your Futon Cushion as a bed. Warranty: The Ambiance futon mattress has a 10 year limited warranty. It is warranted to be free of defects in materials & manufacturing workmanship for the normal life of the Futon Cushion to the original purchaser only. Potential manufacturing defects are limited to all stitching, glueing, tufts, zippers, & zipper pulls. If this Futon Cushion fails to meet the provisions of the warranty, the original purchaser may return it to the manufacturer at the original purchaser's expense & arrangements. Cottonwood, at its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the Futon Cushion. Repaired or replaced Futon Cushions will be returned to the original purchaser at purchaser's sole expense. If it is determined that the Futon Cushion cannot be repaired or replaced, a credit of 1/10 the original price times the number of remaining years of service will be granted. Such credit is good for one year toward any new purchase from Cottonwood. The limited warranty does not cover changes to the physical appearance of the Futon Cushion including but not limited to stains, burns, rips, scratches, tears, cracks, or wrinkles. Cottonwood reserves the right to refuse service & void any warranty if the Futon Cushion has been modified in any way including but not limited to custom sizing or damage by fluids through neglect, accident, storage, or handling. Normal leveling or flattening out of filling materials or body impressions, which occurs in the normal use of the Futon Cushion, are not covered under this warranty. Body impressions in a Futon Cushion indicate that the filling materials are conforming to your body's individual contours. These are not defects in materials nor manufacturing but normal occurrences in the superior performance of any Cottonwood® Futon Cushion.
