This is 3 shelf A/V stand. The picture doesn't show the 3 glass shelves as they are boxed in storage. The dimensions are 38" long x 19" deep x 22 high. The unit if very rugged and the shelves can easily hold a 100 lbs or more. I used this A/V stand with a 56" DLP rear projection on the top shelf, a Denon AVR, a CD player, a DVD player, a power conditioner, and a Time Warner cable box, so it can hold a lot of gear. The unit is in very good condition with a few minor scratches on the right rear lower support leg - no scratches that can be seen from the front of the unit.
