PICKUPS/BUSINESSES: If your order contains an oversized item, it will be delivered to the nearest freight terminal for pick up (usually UPS freight) OR to a commercial business address for FREE. If your order does NOT contain an oversized item, it will be delivered via UPS Ground, USPS, or FedEx. Local pickups are also available upon request in the Houston area. Appointments need to be scheduled beforehand for a pick up. RESIDENCES: If your order contains an oversized item, it will be delivered to the nearest freight terminal for pick up (usually UPS freight) OR you may have it delivered to your residence in front of your home, curbside delivery, which there will be a $80 fee. The freight company will call you in advance to set up a delivery appointment that is most convenient for you. Curbside delivery means the driver will park in front of your house at the curb and bring your merchandise to the back of the truck. You will need to assist the driver in unloading the merchandise off the truck, usually a 2 man team will do. If your order does NOT contain an oversized item, it will be delivered via UPS Ground, USPS, or FedEx. DAMAGES: It is normal for the packaging to show some wear and tear during shipping so please be sure to open the boxes and check that there are no damages. When your item is received, you must inspect it for damages or shortages before the driver leaves. Do NOT sign the freight bill until you have checked your items. If there are any damages or shortages, it MUST be written on the freight bill and then signed by you and the truck driver. Failure to do so results in no exchange/return or refund. You will get a replacement if you note the damage on the freight bill with the delivery driver's signature. It is at our discretion to repair/refund the merchandise if a replacement is not available. Please contact us within 3 days for any damages or shortages. If an item is damaged, please contact us and we will file a claim with the freight company. You will have to provide supporting photos of the damages and a copy of the delivery receipt noting the damages. RETURNS: We offer a one week customer satisfaction guarantee. If you don't like your merchandise, you have 7 days to let us know you would like to return it. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for the return. You must repack everything into its original boxes and packaging and crate it for return shipping. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. Once we receive your return and check it for any damages or shortages, we will issue your refund minus 20% restocking fee minus the original shipping charges.
