Table was barely used and is in very good condition. The chairs have comfortable cushions or pads, three that have some minor stains. The chairs are very comfortable to sit in with or without the pads. Pads are approximately 1.5-2" Thick.The measurements of the table are 60" long by 38" wide by 30" tall. When the 18" wide leaf is added it extends the table to a length 78". The chairs are 40" tall by 19.25" wide by 17" deep. The seat is 18" from the floor.
