It is large enough to hold alot of toys, but not too big that it takes up a lot of space. It is low enough that kids can sit in the floor and easily reach inside to get out what they want. This could also be used for a clothes hamper in your little boys room. The great thing is that it is portable and the lining is machine washable. Your kids can drag it from their bedroom to the living room using the handles on each end. There are 2 large pockets one on each end that will hold coloring books, other books or dvd's, and on the front there are 2 pockets that will hold crayons, markers or small toy trucks and cars.. It measures 25 1/2" long 16" wide and 10 1/2" deep. The cloth part of the toy box is held in the frame with velcro. The frame is easy to take apart and put back together and it will require assembly when you get it. I will send instructions on assembly.
