This is a beautiful mostly solid wood King Size Headboard. It has a gorgeous cherry finish, Queen Anne Style with two secret compartments and a secret drawer. I also used a queen size mattress with it and just never attached it directly to the headboard. We are moving and cannot take it with us. We have only had it a few years and it has been well cared for. Originally it cost approx. $2400.00 purchased at Weirs. The auction is for the mirror bookcase headboard only. No mattress or mattress frame is included. The ledge has an electrical outlet and a phone plug as well as the control for the overhead soft lights. There is a compartment top that lifts up. Inside is a light and the hidden drawer. Each side of the headboard has a cabinet with adjustable shelves, three drawers and a pull-out glass shelf as pictured. It is 11' 4" wide, 6' 6" tall, and 1' 6" deep This is a local auction only. Buyer is responsible for pick-up in the Plano/Dallas area. It comes apart into 5 pieces for transportation.
