If there are any damages or shortages, it must be written on the freight bill and then signed by you and the truck driver (drivers are REQUIRED to wait for you to inspect your items, if they do not wait for you to inspect, please note on the receipt "driver will not wait for inspection"), or a claim will not be filed and we will not be refunded and cannot replace the merchandise.
