We will also handle all freight claims and pick up the damaged item and replace it with a new one. It is normal for packaging to show some wear; however, please carefully inspect the item for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box), please make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing for delivery.
