This is a OOAK hand painted chair. It is a solid little chair and is very heavy. It has a carved out hand grip in the back. The upholstery has been scotch guarded.I think it leans toward art deco and would make a nice accent piece. My pieces are all one of a kind. They may be viewed as decorative pieces of furniture or as art objects.I purchased each piece as used furniture and either stripped it or sanded it before painting. I have used the shape of the table or chair for inspiration as to what I paint. Each piece is paintd with acrylics and sealed with matte or polyurethane. The piece is signed.Most of the prices you see are half of what the consignment shops are getting. Chairs I have priced for $300. sold in a speciality shop in Delray Beach Fl for $750,$780, etc. I received 50% of that price, so I am giving EBAY customers a real deal.
