This item only includes one loveseat, but I am selling two that are exactly the same! Please check them both out! Pick Up ONLY! * Please excuse any dust on my camera, the loveseat is NOT dirty* DESCRIPTION This loveseat is a dark brown leather with dual reclining ability. The lever is on the inside between the cushion and arm rest, so there will be no ugly levers ruining the affect of a nice leather loveseat. NO STAINS, SCRATCHES, OR DISCOLORATION. DIMENSIONS The longest part(arm rest to arm rest) is 63.5 inches. This measurement includes a little free space of an inch or so on either side. The widest (back of sofa to end of front seat NOT reclined) is about 37 inches. And Reclined the width extends to about 55 inches. Any more dimensions wanted just feel free to message me! ITS HISTORY AND REASONING FOR LEAVING This loveseat has been in my smoke-free home for about 2 years.They were used as seating in our fancy room, but they were really never used by us or guest for this reason. They truly do look really NEW. So only barely/slightly used. My family has decided to get rid of this item, because our family has a new edition...bunnies. My family would like our bunnies to able to roam free and leave their cages; so for the bunnies to stay squished free (and to make room for my mom's new sofas) we have decided to sell them.
