GREAT FOR COLLEGE APARTMENT! GREAT FOR STARTER HOME! You are looking at a very nice kitchen table and four chairs. I bought these to use in an apartment two years ago, while waiting to close on a house I was buying. I only used them for two months there, and then I put them in my house, but quickly replaced them with an actual dining room table and chairs. I purchased these at Target. The table was $200 and the chairs were $300 total. As you can see from the picture, they fit very well in a smaller one bedroom apartment, as well as in a house. The 2nd and 3rd pictures show some scratches that happened when the table was moved into my garage. The table top can be lightly sanded and RE- stained, and that is why this is going for so CHEAP! This item is PICK UP ONLY and would only be able to be picked up after 6:30 any week night. (we are going away this weekend and next, but we could arrange to have someone here those weekends if you need to pick it up before the weekend of the 20th) I accept paypal only. If you buy this item, you are responsible for picking it up.
