All of the furniture we offer is Hand Crafted right here in the USA by Old Order Amish men. Our experienced builders work hand in hand with the lumber mills in order to ensure only the highest quality pine is used to create these works of art. The wood used in the furniture making process is first kiln dried to eliminate the chance of warping; the wood is then joined together using either biscuits or tongue and groove joinery to create larger pieces of lumber where necessary. Your furniture will not contain any particle board or composite wood. Our furniture is hand crafted locally near Lancaster Pa by Amish Artisan’s who strive to provide the highest level of quality and craftsmanship. This craftsmanship assures our customers of an heirloom piece that will last for generations. Shipping: This piece will ship to you via our freight company, and for this service we will quote the cost on an individual basis. We have some of the best motor freight rates available, and the cost is usually in between $140 - $200. This is for curbside delivery, not to a distribution point. Our competitors may be able to present better rates, but they are shipping to a distribution point which means you have to go pick up the item. We will do our part to ensure your item is packaged to the best of our ability using heavyweight foam, bubble wrap, and industrial rated corrugated boxes. This is a rare occasion, but is a possibility. Special Note: This item is built and finished to your specifications, and because of this service, delivery time can take 4-5 weeks. During our builder's busy times, production may take as long as 6 weeks. In the event your order will extend to 6 weeks, we will notify you as soon as our builder makes us aware. If you require a faster delivery time, this may be possible. Please contact us prior to purchasing. Refunds & Returns In the event your item arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company. We take pride in packaging your furniture extremely well by using materials that exceed the industry standard. Once your piece arrives you will see the effort that was made to ensure a safe delivery. If you feel the item is not as described in the auction we will gladly accept a return for the purchase price minus shipping. You must contact us within 2 days of recieving your item to request a return authorization. In addition, it will be the the customers responsibility to return the item in the original packaging. If there is damage to the item when it reaches us the refund will not be processed.
