Everyone that's come in has said they want one. The chairs do take about 24 hours to "fluff" but once completely open they are exceptionally comfortable and supportive. They are large enough to totally engulf my 6' 4" husband and we used then every night for watching movies. We really looked forward to relaxing in them each evening. Do to the compressed memory foam, you must cut the tote to release your lounge. Over the next hour or so, the bag will slowly grow to its full shape. After having a tough time getting the protective fabric covering off, it was a breeze. It is big, so beware. It takes 24 hours to resume to the normal size. It's a great bargain as these chairs are twice as expensive in the mall stores. The chair is big enough to fit two people; however, this means it's quite heavy. Pick the place where you would like to have the chair ahead of time as it is not easy to move. Most comfortable piece of furniture we own. I had done a lot of searching around for a good priced foam bag, and this was the best price for the size I found. It poofed up pretty quick and we've been enjoying it ever since. It can get a teensy bit stiff if you don't fluff it out every once in a while, but the memory foam is great! I love it! As the bag chair swells it becomes bigger and bigger. We love it. I have bad knees and it is a bit hard to manipulate and move, because of its size. It is very comfy. I love the rich brown color. I hated to rip the factory canvas bag it was delivered in.
